DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:This workshop for kids aged 6-8 will teach participants how to use plants from the garden to nurture their bodies during both daytime and nighttime.  =0D=0A=

We will use hands-on learning to familiarize ourselves with gentle healing herbs such as lemon balm, peppermint, and chamomile. Once the children have gotten acquainted with the plants, they will mix up a batch of sun tea to enjoy together, then fill and decorate dream pillows to bring them relaxing nights full of sweet dreams. Each participant will leave with a dream pillow as well as the recipe and ingredients to make sun tea at home.=0D=0A=
