Dancing Freedom is a guided journey dance, linking breath with movement, releasing tension and finding joy. Open to ALL people, all ages, all fitness levels, no restrictions. You don't have to be a bendy 'dancer'. If your heart beats, you can dance! Beginners welcome.=0D=0A=

What to Expect:=0D=0A=
You determine the level of movement within your dance. We begin gently and slowly, and gradually lift the pace, building heat and fire, as you feel comfortable. No judgement, no pressure. Dancing Freedom is non-competitive, healing and releasing - bringing you into healthy balance with your true nature.=0D=0A=

Loose comfortable clothing that supports freedom of movement, however you choose to move. Bring a blanket and warm layers for the warm-up on the floor.=0D=0A=
