It’s that time of year again—time to eat, drink, be merry, and struggle to find gifts for friends, family, and co-workers. Join us on a delicious 1.5 hour tour of festive Fort Street where you will be treated to over 8 tasting samples and given the opportunity to shop for some unique and tasty gifts. Known as antique row, beautiful Fort Street is home to quirky antique shops, European delicatessens, and tasty locally owned restaurants.=0D=0A=

We start the tour at The Little Cheese Shop for a sampling of some local and imported cheese. Lauren and her knowledgeable staff will be able to answer your cheese questions and help you pick out a perfect blue for the person who has it all! Next, we head to Choux Choux Charcuterie to taste a selection of house cured and smoked meats. This traditional European delicatessen specializes in homemade sausages, pates, and artisanal meats and cheeses. So go ahead, give the gift of meat! Next we head to Chorizo & Co for some delicious Spanish tapas. This beautiful restaurant opened in 2011 and is a great addition to the already European feel of Fort Street. Next we had to the brand new Hook Seafood for some 100% wild smoked and cured fish. All of their products are created on Vancouver Island at their smokehouse in Qualicum Beach. We finish the tour at Crust Bakery for a sweet treat. This modern bakery uses local ingredients with a French twist.=0D=0A=
