Learn how to integrate creative writing and art in the same journal as a means to learn about yourself and/or document your life. Journaling has been shown to have positive effects on our overall mental health. If you've been curious about trying, now is your chance! No prior experience or artistic talent needed. <p>About materials: If you want to bring your own sketchbooks/journals that would be great, otherwise a mini journal (zine style) will be provided. All additional materials will be provided.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Meet your instructor: Am&eacute;lie is a registered canadian art therapist (RCAT) and a registered therapeutic counsellor (RTC). Through her work and her workshops, she loves to help others find meaningful ways to engage with their creativity. She believes in the power art can have in our lives; may it be a tool to help express ourselves, to be more mindful, to explore out curiosities and to connect with the world we live in.</p>
