DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The Shawnigan Players present: <strong>A Shakespeare Festival!</strong> Yes, this year for the first time we are putting on TWO Shakespeare classics: <strong>A Midsummer Night's Dream</strong> AND <strong>Macbeth</strong> (say "the Scottish Play" if you happen to be in a theatre right now), both directed by Alex Gallacher.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Starting August 2, the <strong>Gem O' the Isle</strong> will become the hub of all things theatrical in the valley: This is the 6th year in a row <strong>The Shawnigan Players</strong> are presenting a full live theatre show with a large cast in colourful costumes in the fairy-tale-like surrounding of a small orchard and under the starry sky. Whether you have seen a show here before or not, prepare to be enchanted by the bright magic of A Midsummer Night's Dream or be thrilled by the murderous plotting of the Macbeths, all in the best possible surroundings for a play of this kind. It's a going to be one of the highlights of your summer.</p>=0D=0A=
