=0D=0A=Join us in the distillery before dinner to hear about the passion and craft that goes into creating these limited release spirits and brandies. =0D=0A=What’s the story of our cognac-style brandy? BC grown grapes picked in 2006, fermented without sulphites and then distilled, twice. Aged 10 years in a new French oak barrel with medium toast at 68% alcohol to optimize flavour extraction and harmonization. Soon to be reduced to 47% using our own cold dilution process to maximize flavour and aroma retention before being bottled for you. BC's first and only ten year old brandy!
