<p>Stemming from beginnings in a punk rock band, Corb steered his way into roots-rock, country music in the mid-90's forming a new band, *The Corb Lund Band*, signing on with Stony Plain Records. The band travelled to Nashville to work with producer Harry Stinson on its album, *Five Dollar Bill* (2002), a breakout hit that reached gold sales certification in Canada and earned the high praise of critics.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Over the next decade, Lund continued to collaborate with revered Nashville producers Harry Stinson and Dave Cobb and worked with Memphis' Sun Studios taking on a new label, New West Records. Lund&rsquo;s 2012&rsquo;s *Cabin Fever*, hit #1 in Canada its first week, was certified gold and made the Polaris Music Prize long-list making an impression with the media and leading Miranda Lambert to his doorstep inviting him to open several stadium shows for her and Dierks Bentley.</p>=0D=0A=
