DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Fantastic music, amazing dance, entertaining festivals and incredible food&hellip; Spain is all about flair.&nbsp; One of my favourite dishes to cook and a dish that makes for an impressive main dinner course is paella.&nbsp; But before we get to the main event we will work on delicious classic Spanish tapas to warm your taste buds and hone your entertaining skills.<br />Menu<br /><br />Come hungry as we will make and eat the following amazing menu:<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Patatas Bravas con Romesco Sauce (Roast potatoes with Aoili)<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gambas al ajillo (Garlic white wine shrimp)<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Croquetas de Jamon Serrano y Manchego (Ham and cheese croquettes)<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Paella de Valencia (Chicken, Mussel, Chorizo paella)<br /><br />Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests that do not eat shellfish and fish.</p>=0D=0A=
