<p>Menu<br /><br />Terrific Trang Tom Kha Gai<br /><br />Fragrant Homemade Green Curry Paste, Kaffir Lime Leaf-scented Coconut Milk Broth, Buttery Oyster Mushrooms, Aromatic &amp; Succulent Vegetables and Tender &amp; Juicy Chicken.&nbsp; This soup was inspired by a month-long rock climbing trip near Phuket!<br /><br />Superbe Soupe au C&eacute;leri-Rave<br /><br />Garlicky and Buttery, Hearty and downright delicious Cream of Celery Root Soup, with Delicately Fried Lacinato Kale, Crispy Bacon and Drizzled with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.&nbsp; A go-to meal while multi-day hiking the GR-20 in France!<br /><br />Karakoram Kashmiri Red Lentil Dahl<br /><br />Golden, Silky, Warming High-Mountain Lentil Soup, Infused with Freshly Ground Housemade Kashmiri Curry Blend and Beautifully Balanced with Fresh Lemon Juice, Thick and Creamy Yogurt and Piping Hot Perfect Brown Rice.&nbsp; Best backcountry meal ever!<br /><br />Velvety, Nourishing &amp; Delectable Portuguese Caldo Verde<br /><br />A Hearty Celebratory Smooth and Creamy Soup from Northern Portugal, packed with nutrient dense Pemberton Potatoes, Crispy Dark Leafy Greens, Golden Roasted Cauliflower, Lightly Pan-Fried Spicy Sausage, Drizzled with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkled with Piment&oacute;n.&nbsp; A delicious and satisfying meal to celebrate the joys of life&hellip; and also a great recovery meal after an intense day of hiking!<br /><br />Unfortunately, for the Trang Tom Kha Gai, we cannot accommodate guests that do not eat chicken or chicken stock.
