Join Pastry Chef Megan Hennis to learn the secrets to perfect your Pie and Ice cream combo!<br /><br />Using vibrant summer fruits, we will create the perfect peach pie, with a no-fail flaky crust and a hint of fresh ginger. Complementing this pie is a creamy bourbon, vanilla ice cream...perfect for summer! Next we will make a juicy cherry galette with a citrus almond frangipan and a buttery pate brisee pastry dough.
