=0D=0A=Kenneth Paul Cooper has been writing songs for much of his life and is celebrating his retirement from a career as a well-known Human and Social Development professional on three continents by sharing the songs and stories that helped shape his life in an intimate, acoustic performance format. The show, aptly titled “The Time Has Come”, pays homage to Cooper’s long time love of and dedication to song-writing, and features several songs from his 2014 album This Lovers Dance.
=0D=0A=For those who know Cooper, and for those who don’t yet, you can rest assured that the evening is not without great humour and a well-crafted narrative. Though the focus of the performance is his music, Cooper offers observations on the creative process and factors associated with the art of song-writing and shares stories about the many people, places and events that were the inspiration behind his songs.
