The local bounty is in at the Market! This month at the market you'll find everything you need for the seasons feasts and festivities! Including: Locally grown vegetables: beets, carrots, kale, chard, leeks, herbs, squash, garlic, rutabaga, turnips and mushrooms. Also eggs, cheese, yogurt, and gelato, honey and healthy body products, amazing baked goods including gluten free options, soups and sauces, local salt and spice mixes. Also locally raised bison, beef, goat, lamb, venison, poultry and sustainably harvested halibut, salmon and tuna, shrimp and prawns. Each week features one of our fabulous concession vendors to provide you with a yummy breakfast. All this to the backdrop of your favorite local musicians! We are a year round market comprised of your friends and neighbors. We strive to offer you the freshest and most delicious bounty grown or produced right here in the fertile Comox Valley. Please come and fill your basket at our market where you will find beautiful produce from our gardens, locally made artisanal foods that reflect the diverse heritage of our members, excellent fresh-baked breads and pastries, fish from local fishers, tender lamb; beef; goat and pork fed on valley grains and grasses and so much more.
