DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Certified instructor Brian Kroeker shares a weekly 75-min all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Expect a therapeutic and mindful approach to "flow yoga" that incorporates elements of Vinyasa Krama, Viniyoga and Iyengar. Classes will include some basic pranayama and chanting. Admission is PWYC (pay-what-you-can). Please bring your own mat, but if you are in need, we usually have a couple extras and we're always accepting donations of underused mats.=0D=0A=
