Coldest Night of the Year will start AND finish at The Mustard Seed: 625 Queens Avenue, a block south of Bay Street between Douglas and Government. Lots of easily accessible street parking one block south of The Mustard Seed on Princess.=0D=0A=

4:00 - Registration opens=0D=0A=
5:00 - Opening Ceremonies=0D=0A=
5:15 - Walk begins (all distances)=0D=0A=
6:00 - Registration closes=0D=0A=
8:00 - Route closes=0D=0A=

Between 6:00 and 8:00 pm a warm, light meal will be served to all walkers and volunteers. So, be sure to linger with us afterwards, share some laughs, hang with some friends and celebrate the walk - at least till you warm up.=0D=0A=

Registration=0D=0A=

Registration takes place 4:00 - 5:00 PM. All walkers must register and sign a waiver form before participating. Please come prepared with:=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
- All cash and cheques payable to "Coldest Night of the Year"=0D=0A=
- Pledge sheet with all donor data filled out completely and neatly OR=0D=0A=
- Post all pledges of cash and cheques online in your personal fundraising page and print off the "My Donor List" and bring with cash or cheques**.=0D=0A=
- Bring a signed WAIVER FORM=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
Note: Walkers who raise $150 (adults) or $75 (youth aged 13-17) do NOT have to pay the $25 registration fee.=0D=0A=
