LOCATION:Lake Cowichan ::  Lake Cowichan,
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:A wood-fired cob oven is an excellent way to make gourmet artisanal breads and pizzas to share with friends and family, incomparable to those baked in a conventional oven. Cob is an ancient natural building material made from clay and sand. Cob’s natural ability to hold great amounts of heat (thermal mass) makes it an obvious choice for a wood-fired oven. =0D=0A=
