Dr. Deborah Kamen, Chair and Professor, Department of Classics (University of Washington) will present a lecture entitled: Slavery and Sexuality in the Ancient Greek World.
=0D=0A=Dr. Kamen has research interests in ancient Greek slavery, sexuality, and Attic oratory. She has published Status in Classical Athens, Insults in Classical Athens and co-edited Slavery and Sexuality in Classical Antiquity. She also has numerous articles and chapters on sexuality and slavery, and a forthcoming book on Greek slavery.
