Oak Bay, which we have cheekily called "Tweedy Indeedy", presents floral designs in colours of pink and lavendar, with touches of tartan and lace. Join us for a fresh, floral experience of Greater Victoria, demonstrations of unique Christmas floral designs, a Floral Boutique stuffed with the supplies you need to creat your own - and perhaps a pause for teatime, complete with home-baked goodies.&nbsp;</p>
