<p>In this course, you will learn how to create the following cheeses: boursin, making your own butter, sour cream and cream cheese, Fromage Blanc, a soft delicious spreadable French cheese, &nbsp;and a mozzarella/prosciutto roll. Not only will you learn how to create these cheeses but you will also learn creative ways to serve and enjoy them. &nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Bring a lunch and some wine if you like! &nbsp;Complimentary pick up and drop off at the Gabriola ferry is provided for those traveling from the Mainland or Vancouver Island.</p>=0D=0A=
