The Oceanside Health and Wellness Network (OHWN) is sponsoring a workshop to create community change through collective actions on two important but often hidden issues in Oceanside: mental health support for youth and young adults, and food security for school-aged children. Community members, groups and organizations who want to be involved in making a difference are invited to come together to share their wisdom, inspiration, and ideas.

=0D=0A=· Explore opportunities for actions related to focus areas in small and large group discussion
=0D=0A=· Become involved in next steps to move forward
=0D=0A=As a diverse group of passionate community members, we will be exploring six important focus areas:
=0D=0A=Mental health for youth and young adults: 1. access to services 2. social connection 3. stigma and education
=0D=0A=Food security for school aged children: 1. at school 2. at home 3. in community
