<p>This seven week course will support you in EXPERIENCING, and living from, your internal power, wisdom and radiance. We will Explore: -The Chakras and the subtle energy bodies of Yoga and Meditation -How the energetic bodies create a stronger and more fluid physical practice -How to work through resistance in Kriya practice with the power of the subtle body (there is an energetic access point to each movement in Kriya) -How to utilize the energy bodies to deepen your practice to cultivate compassion, clarity and wisdom.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Series Workshop Includes: -Workshop Materials: (Including: Kriyas and meditations specific to each chakra) -Weekly Kriya and Meditation home practice -40 Days of Meditation -12 hours of Continuing Education credits for Registered Yoga Teachers with the Yoga Alliance upon completion</p>
