DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:
Take a journey of creative discovery through central Vancouver Island. Visit active, professional artisans in their natural environments, find new and beautiful works of art for your home, garden or office, share the beauty of the region by carpooling with friends.
Artists will be in attendance at each studio, to share their work and their process with you, answer your questions… and happily sell you their wares! This fourth tour encompasses Parksville to Black Creek – approximately 120km in total – and we are pleased to welcome ten new studios to the tour family: Brian Scott in Black Creek, and Roy Hancliff in Parksville, along with Lana Burchill, Yvette Menard, Tatjana Stolting, Linda Gooding and Pam Faunt in the Courtenay/Comox, Peter Wallin and Chelsea Waite in Royston, and Linda Vermeulen in Fanny Bay.
=0D=0A=

There is no fee to visit the studios, and many will have surprise treats to share! This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase art directly from the artists – which is the absolute best way to support them. There are no commissions on sales made during the tour, and artists often have very special pricing for original works plus exclusive prints and other works that are never seen in galleries or gift shops. Full details, downloadable maps and more are available at www.centralislandtour.com.
=0D=0A=

Map guides will be published in the Comox Valley Record on November 8, and will also be available in a downloadable format from the website, and for pickup at select central locations. See website for details. *Friday, November 25 is an optional day for studios. Refer to the map guide to check who is open that day.
