DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Join Raincoast Conservation Foundation for an evening of Science, Information and<br />Inspiration, in the Charlie White Theatre, Mary Winspear Centre.<br />&nbsp;<br />Elizabeth May is the key-note speaker. Chris Darimont, Raincoast Science Director is<br />Emcee. Adam Olsen of Tsartlip First Nation offers the Welcome, and with Misty MacDuffee our Raincoast Biologist will address the threats to British Columbia&rsquo;s iconic Salish Sea and our southern resident Killer Whales. Enjoy a musical interlude by Canadian musician Kyla LeBlanc better known by her stage name Kytami, a "violinistextremist,&rdquo; who rocks the fiddle like a woman possessed. <br /><br />Also featured is the screening of Raincoast Conservation Foundation&rsquo;s latest, short documentary film <em>Directly Affected.</em><br />&nbsp;<br />Elizabeth May&rsquo;s key note presentation will conclude the evening, leaving the audience with new knowledge and inspiration to protect the Salish Sea, southern resident Killer Whales and all of British Columbia&rsquo;s coastal waters.
