<p>A community celebration and a legacy project. This will be a large celebration for Canada in Maffeo Sutton Park on Canada Day.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Thousands of participants join in to celebrate Canada Day every year. 2017 will provide the opportunity for Nanaimo to build on it&rsquo;s legend and identify where Nanaimo is becoming more recognized in the future.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Building on the successful community celebrations held annually and organized by the City of Nanaimo and the Canada 150 Committee, Canada&rsquo;s 150th Birthday Party in Nanaimo is sure to be an event you won&rsquo;t want to miss!</p>=0D=0A=
