<p>The <strong>Learn to Run</strong> &amp; <strong>5 km Clinics</strong> use the run/walk&nbsp;program to gradually increase your fitness. Perfect for people new to running or coming back from injury.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Our <strong>10 km&nbsp;Clinic</strong> is geared for the TC10k&nbsp;or runners wishing to improve their fitness, it helps if you have a fitness base to join this group.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The <strong>Half Marathon Clinic </strong>is geared towards the new TC Half, you must have a 10k base to join this group.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Included in the fee is a technical T, wind up social with draw prizes, chances to win $150 runners from Frontrunners who also give you a 10% discount in their store, guest speakers and new friends.</p>=0D=0A=
