=0D=0A=Burdett cites Edith Piaf, Joni Mitchell, Lhasa De Sela, Nina Simone, Maureen Forrester, Mecedes Sosa and Kathleen Ferrier as in uences and holds a vocal music degree from Montreal’s McGill University and a Master’s degree from London’s Royal Academy of Music. Her live show is “a world tour in one night,” musically moving from country to country and from language to language, her repertoire also features Canadian and BC composers.
