The fastest runners will do this in just over 4 minutes, the rest of the mere mortals will take a little longer, but a great time will be had by all! Everyone is welcome to run, walk or otherwise complete the distance through the centre of Courtenay. Please don't bring your pets, however, as they can be a hazard to other runners around you.=0D=0A=
