=0D=0A=Facilitator: Chris Callanan, Employer Service Coordinator at North Island Employment, has nearly 15 years of experience in developing and delivering strategic HR initiatives. Chris has held HR roles within large retail organizations and has led many corporate facilitation projects, in which he would on board new staff to organizations or facilitate to leaders within these companies. In Chris's current role, he works closely with employers and community organizations to further develop, enhance and maintain NIEFS’ positive reputation with the employer community. His academic background includes; an Associate Degree in Criminology, a Diploma in Business Management.. Chris serves on various boards and commissions such as Habitat for Humanity, the City of Campbell River - Community Services, Culture and Recreation Commission. In his spare time, Chris volunteers with Campbell River Minor Hockey as a Coach.

As a coach, she is excited to be a part of shifting perspectives for her clients through directed job search skills development.She shares her strong belief in value added techniques such as goal setting, strategic planning, targeted resume building and much more. As a CPHR candidate and an experienced HR enthusiast, she looks forward to leading the Campbell River round table events as a co-chair with Leslyann Komljenovic.
