The Brother XII presentation, led by curator Aimee Greenaway, examines the history of Edward Wilson and his rise and fall as Brother XII from a spiritual teacher to high-profile court cases, scandals and conspiracy theories. His followers’ stories, including Madame Zee, illuminate this dark chapter in Nanaimo’s history. Stories and photos provide insight into this controversial historical figure.  =0D=0A=

The in-person presentations take place at 6:30pm at the Museum on Wednesday October 20 and Wednesday October 27. The virtual presentation starts at 6:30pm on Zoom on Thursday, October 28 at 6:30pm. All versions last 1 hour and tickets cost $10 per person. Pre-registration is required.  =0D=0A=
