<p><strong>Guest Speakers: </strong></p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Jim Hindson</strong>, Victoria Electric Vehicle Club. Jim will explain what an EV is, types of charging stations, expected growth of EV ownership in the future and the demand this is creating in the real estate market&nbsp;for strata properties with charging stations.</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Ryan Davis</strong>, program coordinator for the Multi Unit Residential Charging Program, funded by the Province of British Columbia as part of the&nbsp;Clean Energy Vehicle (CEV) Charging Infrastructure Program. Ryan will talk about BC's commitment to expanding accessibility to EV charging stations throughout the province as well as funding and grants.</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Bruce Mackenzie</strong>, from a Victoria strata that installed solar panels on their roof. Bruce will talk about why they did the project, as well as the costs, savings, and benefits.&nbsp;He also detailed the experience in his blog, "Solar On Strata".&nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Houle Electric</strong>. An electrical design consultant will explain electrical&nbsp;system requirements for both EV charging stations and solar power. This information will help you identify what steps the strata will need to take to evaluate your current electrical infrastructure and decide whether charging stations and solar power are feasible options for your building.</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Wendy Wall</strong>, from a Saanich strata that replaced outdoor lighting with LEDs. Wendy will speak about the pros and cons of LED lighting, the cost of the project, BC Hydro rebates and the projected energy savings.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>A Question and Answer session will follow each speaker's presentation.</p>=0D=0A=
