The parade starts at Bayside Middle School at 10 a.m. then heads down Wallace Drive and turns up West Saanich Rd, past the festival site and ends at the Roundabout. Valdy headlines the festival stage!</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Entertainment starts around 11am and lasts all day along with kids art in the park, face-painting, &ldquo;Tickles the Clown&rdquo;, mini-golf, bouncy castles, games, and activities.</p>=0D=0A=
