•	Circus Stilts as an exciting exercise in physical risk taking to build confidence, connection and trust in their bodies.  Walking and dancing on stilts helps girls DISCOVER a higher perspective!=0D=0A=

•	Creative Arts as a way to EXPLORE their emotional bodies and liberate their imaginations.  Some crafts include art journals, altered clothing, mask making, fused glass, jewelry and more!  =0D=0A=

•	Ceremony as a way to NURTURE and CELEBRATE the sacredness within themselves, each other and nature.   =0D=0A=
