We wanted to invite you to a festival that The Nature Trust of BC, one of the province’s leading non-profit land conservation organizations, is coordinating and sponsoring that encourages people of all ages to get outside and enjoy their beautiful surroundings.
=0D=0A=The annual two-week long Brant Wildlife Festival that goes from April 1 to 16th, celebrates nature, particularly Brant geese as they rest and feed on the shores of Parksville and Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. he Nature Trust of BC works with local community groups and volunteers to present this inspiring and exciting festival. This years program consists of (and more): - Qualicum Beach Museum Display features a display of vintage Brant Goose decoys where you can learn about their connection to nature, humans, fish, and trees - Englishman River Tour to learn about the restoration projects that are currently underway and observe the abundant of birds present at this time of year - Film Festival is a series of 6 short nature films that showcase the beauty and wonder of nature
