DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Choreographer H&eacute;l&egrave;ne Langevin (of Bouge de l&agrave; Dance Co.) leads a workshop on structured improvisational dance aimed at finding expression of the body, having fun dancing together and promoting listening to the group.<br /><br />Montr&eacute;al&rsquo;s Bouge de l&agrave; Dance Co. is one of the most innovative dance/theatre companies in the country devoted to new work for young audiences. Breaking down barriers and mixing genres, H&eacute;l&egrave;ne Langevin&rsquo;s stagings are characterized by boisterous energy and a strong artistic process. Since 2000, the company has been presenting scintillating performances with a unique, distinctive style that is wide-ranging and playful.
