Botanical Walk with Celestine Aleck September 26, 2 &ndash; 4 pm | Newcastle Island Celestine Aleck, a member of the Snuneymuxw First Nation and an authority on native plants, will lead a tour around Nanaimo's neighbouring Saysutshun (Newcastle Island). The walk will explore the relationships between local forest plants and their names, and articulate the land through traditional stories.</p>=0D=0A=
