<p>The Books 'n' Bubble Bus is an "equal access to opportunity" program delivering early learning and literacy programs outlying areas and communities where programs are limited for this target age. &nbsp;This free drop in program is designed for children 0 to 5 years old and their parents or caregivers. &nbsp;The bus, modeled after Parksville's WOW Bus, is a 41 foot Bluebird school bus renovated to accommodate onboard literacy and learning activities.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The bus has a built in resource area, kid size tables and chairs, a food prep area with a fridge and sink, cupboards loaded with supplies, and a cozy reading area at the back. The Strong Start BC Outreach program onboard includes storytelling, songs, rhymes, bubbles, wee hand crafts, and free clothing and diapers.</p>=0D=0A=
