Customer Service & Tourism BladeRunners is a program that builds community partnerships and connects motivated, job ready youth with valuable employment opportunities in customer service jobs.	=0D=0A=

Eligibility requirements:=0D=0A=
•	Age 16-30 and not attending school=0D=0A=
•	Out of work=0D=0A=
•	No EI attachment=0D=0A=
•	Little or no skill based training/certificates or work experience=0D=0A=
•	Barriers to successful attachment to the work world=0D=0A=
•	Must attend one of the information sessions in order to be considered for the program=0D=0A=
  =0D=0A=
Participants will:=0D=0A=
•	Participate in four weeks of paid in-class skill enhancement (beginning July 09, 2012)=0D=0A=
•	Receive a work clothing allowance=0D=0A=
•	Have the opportunity for a 2 week/ 54 hours of work experience placement=0D=0A=
•	Obtain First Aid, WHMIS, World Host, Cashier Training and other related tickets and group based employability skills=0D=0A=
•	Receive individual support and guidance =0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
Employers will:=0D=0A=
•	Connect with job ready and motivated youth=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
