*The 2nd annual Bipolar Babe Benefit is a 'variety show' this showcasing local Victoria talent and pure amazingness.  We have wonderful Diane Pancel starting us off with a powerful tune, then Stand up For Mental Health Comedian Josh Zed making you giggle, followed by a costume and hair runway show.  Greenlaw with Skyla J and Oz close the show with their uplifting duo performance.*=0D=0A=
