have completed our course. Over 90% of the participants have responded they are more confident on the road and have a greater knowledge of the rules of the road!=0D=0A=

This 7.5 hour course that combines classroom and on-road training and is taught by nationally certified cycling instructors. It is intended to build traffic cycling proficiency for adults who want to ride to work.=0D=0A=

Participants will learn how to:=0D=0A=
•Ride comfortably and safely in heavy traffic=0D=0A=
•Manoeuvre their bike effectively=0D=0A=
•Fit their bike properly and do their own bike safety check=0D=0A=
•Be prepared to ride at night and in the rain=0D=0A=
•Choose equipment and clothing=0D=0A=
•Route planning=0D=0A=

The day is comprised of in class and on-road training, with an easily-paced 12 km route around Victoria’s core.=0D=0A=
