=0D=0A=Char’s Landing and Art Rave Alberni are pleased to present a Benefit for the Arts, July 31st through August 2nd. This is thanks to the generous sponsorship through artsVest™ British Columbia which is operated by Business for the Arts, the Government of Canada and the Government of British Columbia, in recognition of the business partnership between Art Rave Alberni and Char’s Landing.
=0D=0A=Internationally acclaimed singer/songwriter and performer John Pippus will hold two workshops for songwriters and performers followed by a rock and roll dance party with his high energy trio, all at Char’s Landing.

=0D=0A=Art Rave is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and celebrating all manner of art locally and regionally. Char's Landing is a premium venue for Entertainment and Arts in Port Alberni. The artsVest BC project is to facilitate one large Art Rave benefit for the arts in Port Alberni. Char holds many concerts per year and will be a key coordinator in the success of the benefit concert. This relationship will be a super opportunity to raise money for Art Rave that can be used to further their organization’s mission.
