CGC is pleased to announce that we will host a BC Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Workshop on Thursday, February 11th. The workshop is based on the GAP manual which is designed to help producers learn more about food safety at the production level. The daylong workshop will be facilitated by Elsie Friesen from the BC Ministry of Ag Food Safety & Inspection Branch.
