Since 1978, the BC Winter and BC Summer Games have been held in 38 communities an involved over 350,000 participants and volunteers.</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>2018 marks the 40th anniversary of the BC Games.</strong> It is an important opportunity to remember the past, to recognize successes and contributors, and to renew friendships and commitment of the importance of the BC Games for our province.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The Cowichan community and volunteers are energized and ready to stage Games for athletes, coaches, and officials from across the province.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>BC&rsquo;s best emerging high performance talents have registered and are ready to be part of this celebration of sport and community which runs July 19-22.</p>=0D=0A=
