In downtown Victoria at the back of St. Andrew&rsquo;s Church is a dance studio behind stained glass windows. Every day, 13 professional dancers and apprentices train and rehearse original works being created right there, right now.<br /><br />Having produced over 54 new works, Ballet Victoria is starting its thirteenth season with three world premieres.
