=0D=0A=Please arrive just before 2 pm. Doors open at 2 and the event starts at 2:15 SHARP!!! There will be no admittance or refund after 2:15 when the doors close and the event begins.

=0D=0A=We suggest you wear comfortable clothing to move in, bring a yoga mat as well as a blanket (and perhaps a pillow) for the breath journey and sonic activation. Please bring a small glass mason jar to hold a tealight (provided).
