<p>Presentations include: Identify Theft and Fraud Prevention, Advance Care Planning Workshop, Simple Tools to Help You Live Well with Chronic Health Conditions, and Creating Heat and Wildfire Resilience for Older Adults.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Interactive Sessions include: Recreational Games, Leisure Activity Sampling, Robotic &ldquo;Pet Corner&rdquo; and more.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Adults, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about the healthy aging resources available in the community are encouraged to attend the Aging Well Expo. Last year 400+ people enjoyed the event.</p>
