Bring a backpack with water, a snack, &amp; a mat or towel for your yoga practice. Eat breakfast. Meet at the Burma Road entrance to Linley Valley at 9am sharp! If you have allergies, asthma or any other condition your guide/teacher should be aware of please let them know and come prepared (i.e. epi-pen, inhaler).</p>=0D=0A=
