=0D=0A=The Federation of Canadian Artists is a national organization promoting education, exhibition and other arts opportunities and a supportive community. The Victoria Chapter includes juried members from Sooke to Lands End and From Mill Bay to the Gulf Islands. It includes such notables as Robert Bateman, Deborah Tilby, Clement Kwan, Catherine Moffat, David Goatley, Anne Hudec, Marney Ward, and Mary Ann Laing to name a few.
