The 30 minute challenge is a community event created as a part of RBC Sports Day in Canada.   We are asking valley residents to pledge their activity minutes  on Nov 26 and help the valley reach 1 million activity minutes in 24 hrs and earn the title of the Sportiest Community in B.C. Throughout the valley their are numerous activities being offered at a reduced cost so people can try something new.  If you pledge to get active on Nov 26 you will be entered to win some amazinng draw prizes.
