<p>Sign up for Cook Culture&rsquo;s multi-day boot camp with one of our house chef. Consecutive cooking classes are the best way to accelerate your learning! This bootcamp is intended for those with little to no experience in the kitchen, or a refresher for those with some experience. Our 3-part Bootcamp is meant to give you a base to build upon and expand your cooking repetoire, giving you the confidence to trust your intuition and your own palette. We want to teach you basic techniques so that you can break away from recipes, learn to taste and truly enjoy your food!</p>=0D=0A=
<p>&nbsp;DAY 1 &ndash; 3 hours<br /><br />We will start with recipe comprehension, making a cooking plan with target times. We will then cover food safety, work area organization and preparation (mis-en-place), clean-as-you go and knife skills. Today we will learn the following techniques: blanching, roasting, sauces, stocks and preparing a seasonal fruit crumble.<br /><br />Snack: Hummus and vegetable crudites<br />Perfect Roast Chicken Leg<br />Roast Potatoes<br />Broccoli au beurre<br />Quick herb pan sauce<br />Flavorful &amp; Quick Chicken Stock<br />Dessert: Seasonal Fruit Crumble<br /><br />DAY 2 &ndash; 3 hours<br /><br />The recipe for today&acute;s class include: tasty soup, seasonal salad, vinaigrettes, and the only chocolate chunk recipe you will ever need! We will also touch on the following techniques: perfect dry pasta cookery, how to confit, quick sauces, and baking a quick flatbread.<br /><br />Snack: Best-ever Squash Dip and Whole Wheat Flatbread<br />Classic Chicken Soup<br />Sauteed Salmon Fillet with salad green salad and classic vinaigrette<br />Pesto Linguine with confit cherry tomatoes, arugula and parmesan<br />Dessert: Chocolate Chunk Cookies<br /><br />DAY 3 &ndash; 3 hours<br /><br />Today we will learn the following techniques: braising, egg cookery, grilling, marinades, steaming. We will also learn basic versatile muffin recipe, which can be adapted to your taste and what&acute;s in season!<br /><br />Snack: Tzatziki and vegetable crudites<br />Scrambled Eggs with capers, chevre and cherry tomatoes<br />Grilled Rosemary Balsamic Flat Iron Steak<br />Mashed Potatoes<br />Crunch Braised Brussel Sprouts with smoked bacon<br />Honey Glazed Carrots<br /><br />Dessert: Basic Buttermilk Muffins<br /><br />3 &ndash; 3 hour classes for a total of 9 hours<br /><br />Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests that do not eat nuts, wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, pork, fish, or red meat.</p>=0D=0A=
