DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Calling all Cavaliers!<br /><br />The 12th Annual Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog walk will be held on Sunday, September 18th at Finn Beach in Neck Point Park, in Nanaimo (on Morningside Drive, off Hammond Bay Road). Registration and social activities begin at 11:30 AM with a Cavalier walk through the park starting at 1:00 PM. This is a free event open to all Cavalier Spaniels, their humans, and spectators. It is a party and pet parade that has gone to the dogs!<br /><br />After assembling and introductions at Finn Beach all dogs participate in a walking tour of the park. There will be opportunities throughout the walk for group and individual photos. Bring along a picnic for yourself and biscuits for the Cavaliers to enjoy before the walk. Stay for a coffee after the walk and share stories with Cavalier owners and enthusiasts.<br /><br />This has been a fun event during the previous ten years with up to 60 dogs participating. Cavalier Spaniels have come from all corners of the Island, mainland and as far as Oregon. All Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are invited to participate as well as anyone interested in learning more about this lovable breed.
