Vitamin See. Are you getting enough of it?
Our bodies tell us what they need.
For example, if we're missing Vitamin D we might find ourselves to be listless and blue. If we're short on Vitamin A our night vision might not be as sharp as usual.
Similarly, if we aren't getting enough Arts and Culture in our diet, our vision becomes narrow and our generalizations broad. Regular exposure to the arts develops healthy imaginations as well as strong and spirited communities!
Like the good Dr. Einstein said: "Imagination is everything. It's the preview of life's coming attractions."
Lucky for us that this week is BC Arts and Culture Week, and there are hundreds of fantastic coming attractions to choose from.
Make sure to take at least one a day.
